Cancellation by Natriana:

Natriana reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. Situations leading to order cancellation may include limitations on available quantities, pricing inaccuracies, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. Cash payment orders will be canceled if cash isn’t received within 48 hours. Cheque payment orders will be canceled if the cheque isn’t deposited or intimated within 48 hours.

Cancellation by Customer:

Before Shipping: If you cancel before shipping, a full refund will be provided.

After Shipping: If not delivered, notify Customer Support.  If delivered with defects, it’s eligible for replacement within specified conditions.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY

For defective items:

Contact Natriana within 7 days of delivery via the Contact Us form, phone (+91 80772 84772), or email (natrianallp@gmail.com).

Defective items will be recalled, and replacements will be shipped promptly.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Defining Return: A return is giving back an item purchased by the customer to Natriana through its website. This may result in a refund under certain circumstances:

  • Defective item
  • Damaged in transit
  • Missing products
  • Wrong item received
  • No return/refund for orders due to customer error.

Rules for Returns:

  • For damage or missing items, report within 24 hours of delivery and provide visual proof within 3 days.
  • All returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • If the return is accepted, the product must be returned for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund processed post-quality check by Natriana’s experts.
